NELLO IS A COOKING STORY
The paths of Federico and Chiara come together right in the kitchen, during a training in Viterbo. The young couple travels a lot and is enriched with experiences growing up as a family and cultivating the common dream of having their own restaurant, where they can express themselves and share their passion. This is how Nello was born, a historic place modernized in its environment and gastronomic offer, with an elegant and refined cuisine that finds its roots in traditional Tuscan dishes.
